A regular service has a 14 day window that you can get your service done, the device will start with a 7 days till service, after that count down you will get a days till lockout count down of another 7 days.
this count down is based on your install date so....
install on the 20th of the month
13th 7 days till service
14th 6 days till service
......
20th service due today
21st 7 days till lockout
22nd 6 days till lockout
28th Device lockout today
If the device skips the service window and goes straight to the days till lockout then you likely have a violation or sometimes a device error, you need to book an appointment asap or risk not being able to start your vehicle.

I have been installing and servicing Draeger interlock devices from January 2019. Since the 2020 Covid-19 lock down this service has become mobile allowing for onsite installations, service locations throughout the Waikato and even an evening servicing session!!!
